Sophia's Garden Holdings WY Series LLC – Divine Oracle Tech – Series 4 ("Divine Oracle Tech", "we") operates divineoracletech.com. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site, send a discovery request, or use our AI chat assistant.

What we collect

Discovery requests. When you request a discovery call, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email, company, what you would like to build, and your preferred times. The form sends these details to Divine Oracle Tech by email, through our email provider, so we can reply to you.

Scheduling. If the site shows a scheduling calendar, the details you enter there go to that scheduling provider, under its own privacy policy, and then to us.

Chat messages. When you use the AI chat assistant, the messages in your conversation are sent to our server and to our AI provider to generate replies. See AI chat assistant below.

Technical data. Our website host may keep standard technical logs of visits, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Our server briefly holds your IP address in memory to limit how many requests can be sent, which helps protect the site from abuse.

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

AI chat assistant

You are chatting with an AI, not a person. The assistant is an automated system that answers questions about Divine Oracle Tech. It can make mistakes. It does not give legal, medical, tax or financial advice, and nothing it says changes the terms of any agreement.

How your messages are processed. Each time you send a message, the conversation so far is sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, which processes it to generate the reply. Anthropic handles that data under its own commercial terms and privacy policy.

What we keep. We do not store chat transcripts. The conversation lives only in your open browser tab and is cleared when you close or reload the page. If a reply fails, our server logs the type of error, never the content of your messages.

Please don't share passwords, logins, payment details, or health, financial or legal records in the chat. We never need them.

How we use information

We use what you send us to reply to you, arrange and prepare for your discovery call, answer your questions, and keep the site secure and working.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the site and respond to you, such as our website host, our AI provider for the chat assistant, our email service and our scheduling provider, or when the law requires it. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

To ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted where the law allows, contact us by using the discovery request form on our home page.

Children

This site is meant for business owners and their teams. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
